We have composed a comprehensive VIP package so that nothing will be left to be desired by our most important guests, and they can enjoy their stay even better. Here you can see the most important advantages at a glance.
The VIPconnect tool allows you to foster your business network and enables you to get together with the most interesting WHD guests.Visitors with VIP status can use the tool to search for names and companies of guests who also take part in VIPconnect. If a specific contact is found whom the VIP wants to meet, the text field next to the contact can be used to send an e-mail or text message to arrange a meeting. The VIP concierge can also help to establish contacts. All phone numbers and e-mail addresses are never disclosed to other contacts unless you actively reply to a request. Of course you always have the option to reject any request or cancel the complete service.
VIPconnect is also available for attendees with standard tickets, but they cannot start any contact requests. It is possible the other way round, however, that VIP visitors contact them on their part.
All VIP guests staying in one of the official event hotels will find an exclusive gift in their hotel room. Please note that a maximum of one VIP present per room is possible due to logistic reasons, which also applies for double rooms or suites.
You will also have some privileges in the event hotels, e.g. free use of the mini bar or free laundry service.
Normally, hosting.SESSIONs are no longer bookable when the attendee limit has been reached. With VIP status, however, you will get a guaranteed place in all hosting.SESSIONs.
We hold back a certain contingent of rooms for you, in case you want to book a room on short notice. That way, booking is possible for you up to seven days before the event starts.
Especially for VIP visitors of WHD.global we will make available a number of meeting tables in the hosting.FAIR area, which can be booked free of charge by your personal Concierge on an hourly basis. Of course, we also offer extensive catering at all tables, so that you can sit with your important business contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.
A Concierge will be available anytime for the needs of all VIPs; either by using a free phone hotline or personally at hosting.FAIR. He will gladly give you advice regarding your stay, arrange meetings with other VIPs over VIPconnect, book meeting tables, or take care that your clothes are cleaned. Just address him whenever you have something to be dealt with.
In a particular VIP lunch restaurant, a gourmet level lunch will be served on March 20 – 22.
A special badge with VIP symbol signifies your particular status.
You are cordially invited to the exclusive VIP party on the first evening of WHD. There you will enjoy first class entertainment and culinary delights.
