Most fair organizers charge additional costs for all kinds of services. For example, you only acquire booth space with nothing on it and have to pay extra money for everything else you need.
This is not the case, however, when you become a WHD partner. All our prices are all-inclusive prices. And when we say all-inclusive, we mean it.

The total number of speaking slots is limited. Therefore, some slots are made optional in the partner packages. All Platinum and Gold Partners should fill out the forms in the partner documents referring to the speaking slot contents. The slots will be allocated based on this information. Being the central stage of the world’s largest hosting event, the main.FORUM claims a certain quality level. Therefore, only C-level members (for SMEs) or 2nd management level members (for large enterprises) are allowed as main.FORUM speakers and no sales-pitches, please. Exceptions are guest speakers such as scientists, lawyers, researchers etc. All speaking slots, no matter if optional or guaranteed, may be cancelled if the respective deadlines are not met by the partner (e.g. speaker info, slide deck).
