Visa Invitation Letters

If you need a Visa for entering the Federal Republic of Germany, please do not forget to apply for it in good time. Usually it takes about two weeks until you will get your issued Visa. Please refer to your responsible German embassy or consulate for further details and the required formalities.

On request we will be happy to provide you with an invitation letter for the desired event. Please fill out the form below. It will take about two working days to issue the invitation letter.

We will send you the invitation by e-mail as a PDF document. If you need the original letter by courier/express, we will charge a handling fee of 150 EUR net.
