Most fair organizers charge additional costs for all kinds of services. For example, you only acquire booth space with nothing on it and have to pay extra money for everything else you need.
This is not the case, however, when you become a WHD partner. All our prices are all-inclusive prices. And when we say all-inclusive, we mean it.

Since the number of main.FORUM slots and hosting.SESSIONs is limited, no guaranteed slots can be given to all Platinum and Gold Partners. If you are interested in a main.FORUM slot or in holding a hosting.SESSION, please provide us with all necessary data about your planned contents using the form you will receive with your partner documents. If there are more requests than slots, the relevance of the topic will determine the allocation of the slots to the partners.
Being the central stage of the world’s largest hosting event, the main.FORUM claims a certain quality level. Therefore, only C-level members (for SMEs) or 2nd management level members (for large enterprises) are allowed as main.FORUM speakers and no sales-pitches, please. Exceptions are guest speakers such as scientists, lawyers, researchers etc.
All prices include production costs of the advertisting material (except event bag inserts) and are exclusive of 19% VAT.
