Be visible everywhere! All visitors receive a high quality event bag containing informative brochures and give- aways from the partners. The attendees will find those event bags very useful, not only during the event, but also long after the final evening has come to a close. On the bags, a WHD partner can exclusively place either his logo or any other suitable advertisement.

Bring your advertising material to the attendees! As an insert for the event bags, your provided material will be handed out to every visitor.

Be in focus! Advertise exclusively on the premium lanyards, to which the visitor badges will be attached.

Your logo on every page! A writing pad in the format of A5 with 50 pages will be handed out in the main.FORUM and all session rooms. Each page of this pad will have a printed logo of WHD, and one partner may add his logo exclusively.

Reach the right people with your ad! All attendees get a printed WHD program booklet, which is sent out in the run-up as well as handed out on site. Advertise in the program directly at the source of information.

The EP Express connects the event hotels with the main WHD area. Place your logo onto it and be mentioned as sponsor in the program and announcement during the ride.

The Internet Lounge is WHD’s chill-out area. The lounge will be branded with your logo and you will be mentioned in the program booklet as its sponsor.

Every VIP guest will get a special present placed in his event hotel room. Sponsor this present and reach the most important WHD visitors.

The exceptional event! Sponsor the VIP Party of WHD as well as the new WorldHostingAward and put your company in perspective. The whole party area, buffets and tables will be provided with your logo, and your company will be stated as VIP Party sponsor in the program.

Become the exclusive sponsor of WHD BierFest – the new social event. You will be mentioned as the official sponsor in all communication and your logo will be displayed during the party.

The main celebration of WHD! Become the sponsor of the ConneXion Party and associate yourself with the best and most memorable moments. During the party, each table will have your logo displayed and there will be some banners naming you as sponsor. Moreover, your company will be mentioned as the sponsor of ConneXion Party in the program.

Chillin' and doing business! With a sponsorship of the business brunch, your company will be present where business deals are made in a relaxed atmosphere. Your logo will be visible all around the location, and you will be mentioned in the program as the brunch's sponsor.

Everybody needs some fun! Some of the most exciting Europa-Park attractions will be open exclusively for WHD guests. Sponsor those thrill rides and your logo will be advertised near these attractions. You will be mentioned in the program as well as a sponsor.

On the first event day, a special enjoyment awaits the attendees: your sponsored prizes can be won in the booths at WHD's fun fair.
Costs: 10,000 EUR
Stimulating the attendees – and your business! Sponsor one of the coffee breaks and address future customers in an easy atmosphere. The entire coffee break area will be branded with your logo, and you will be mentioned as the break's sponsor in the program.
Costs: 5,000 EUR per break
Be visible where everybody comes together: Sponsor one of the lunch breaks. Each table in the lunch areas will be provided with a sign holder carrying your logo and you will be named as the lunch's sponsor in the program.
Costs: 7,500 EUR per lunch
You will be labeled as Official Domain Partner in the program booklet and on the website.
