In order to make the preparations for your hosting.FAIR presentation as easy as possible, we offer the following services:
We arrange for tables, chairs and power supply as well as LAN connection for your hosting.FAIR booth. Therefore, you only have to bring your promotion displays, exhibits and advertising material to customize your booth according to your needs. Should you need any special lighting for your booth, we are happy to assist you upon request.
If you would like a more elaborate design for your booth and want an individual booth construction, we will gladly discuss the possibilities with you. Just tell us your demands and we will submit you an offer. Furthermore, we will arrange the booth construction and take care that everything is ready for you when WHD start.
Our logistics partner can handle all your shipping needs before and after WHD.global 2012. Everything can be picked-up at your premises, shipped, stored and brought to your booth. That way, you do not have to take care of anything yourself. A form for ordering those services will be provided with your partner material. Contact persons will also be available on-site during WHD.
Exhibiting at hosting.FAIR is very easy. Not only can you be relieved of all your shipping needs, there will also be helping hands available in the fair area to help you setup your booth or answer your questions.
